NOTES:
Position
Bow
Cover: Fists and feet shoulder-width apart
1. Look left, right half-step, pivot 90 to left cat stance, left open-hand middle block, right open-hand high block
2. Look over right shoulder, step across with left, pivot 180 to right cat stance, right open-hand middle block, left open-hand high block
3. Look left, step left 90 to left long stance, right low vertical punch supported by a left forearm block
4. Right long stance, right reinforced middle block
5. Left foot up to right foot facing 45 degrees left of center, right fist on chamber, left fist over right (palm down)
6. Left front snap kick, left hammer fist (both an additional 45 degrees to the left so that both techniques are directed 90 degrees from center)
7. Kicking foot steps down into flat cat stance, shuffle cat, left grab (opponent’s head) right elbow smash (to opponent’s head)
8. Left foot pivots in place, right foot slides to join left foot facing 45 degrees right of center, left fist on chamber, right fist over left (palm down)
9. Right front snap kick, right hammer fist (both an additional 45 degrees to the right so that both techniques are directed 90 degrees from center)
10. Kicking foot steps down into flat cat stance, shuffle cat, right grab (opponent’s head) left elbow smash (to opponent’s head)
11. Look left 90. Left foot steps 90, left high block, right inside chop, left foot pivots left and right foot joins left foot in twist stance (twist lends torque to inside chop)
12. Right front snap kick, kicking foot lands across body, right palm block down, left palm block down, right back fist, left foot slides up into twist stance, (slide lends momentum to back fist)
13. Untwist left into left cat stance, left middle block
14. Right front snap kick (drop to flat cat), right middle punch/left middle punch
15. Look over right shoulder. Left foot steps across, pivot to right cat stance, right middle block
16. Left front snap kick (drop to flat cat), left middle punch/right middle punch
17. Look left. Left long stance, left reinforced middle block
18. Right long stance, right reinforced middle block
19. Left long stance, left reinforced middle block
20. Cross open hands (right on outside), double open-hand middle block, grab (opponent’s head), right knee smash ki-ai!
21. Set foot down 45 degrees off center, pivot 180 to left cat stance, left open hand middle blocks
22. Pivot 90 to right cat stance, right open-hand middle blocks
