9. Left front snap kick ki-ai!, left long stance, left rising elbow strike

1. Right hand palm up, slide right foot to center stance and pivot 90, right neck chop
2. Pivot 90 to the rear stepping to left walking stance, left middle block
3. Right front snap kick, right long stance, right rising elbow strike
