NOTES

Position
Bow
Cover: Right foot steps back to left front stance, horizontal middle block
1. Full step forward to right front stance, right collar bone strike
2. Right foot back to natural stance. Switch hands, step forward to left front stance, left collar bone strike
3. Left foot back to natural stance. Switch hands, left foot back to right front stance, right disarm
4. Left foot up to natural stance. Switch hands, right foot back to left front stance, left disarm
5. Left foot back to deep horse stance, right down block (to the side)
6. Switch hands, left down block (to the side)
7. Right front stance, horizontal high block
8. Full left step. Left front stance, horizontal low block
9. Left foot back to right front stance, left side block
10. Full left step, left collar bone strike
11. No step. Right side block
12. Full right step, right collar bone strike
13. Switch right hand. Right step back to fade stance. Swing strike to head while sliding left hand toward right hand (increasing leverage and speed)
14. Release right hand, flip bo with left hand (while stepping to left front stance), catch bo with right hand
15. Double thrust (solar plexus, neck)
16. Switch left hand. Left step back to fade stance. Swing strike to head while sliding right hand toward left hand (increasing leverage and speed)
17. Release left hand, flip bo with right hand (while stepping to right front stance), catch bo with left hand
18. Double thrust (solar plexus, neck)
19. Step right to long stance, left hand under right arm, right swing strike to knee
20. Right foot back to center stance. Rotate bo overhead while switching both hands. Left long stance, right hand under left arm, left swing strike to knee
21. Left foot back to center stance. Right foot back to long stance. Look behind right. Right instep strike.
22. Right step, pivot right 90 degrees to right front stance (switching both hands). Instep strike, neck strike
23. Right step back, pivot left 90 degrees to left front stance (switching both hands). Instep strike, neck strike
24. Slide right hand then left hand to bo end. Switch left hand. Left step back. Left row. Left down strike (45 degree angle).
25. Slide left hand then right hand to bo end. Extend long end of bo forward. Step back with right foot. Right row. Right down strike (45 degree angle)
26. Slide right hand to other end of bo. Right long stance. Switch left hand. Right 45-degree swing strike to groin (sliding left hand toward right hand increasing leverage and speed).
Bo blocking overhead (right arm in high block position)
27. Switch left hand while sliding to the other end of bo. Step to left long stance. Switch right hand. Left 45-degree swing strike to groin (sliding right hand toward left hand increasing leverage and speed). Bo blocking overhead (left arm in high block position)
28. Hands back to third/third position left palm down, right palm up. Full step to right long stance. Left rib strike.
29. Switch hands. Full step to left long stance. Right rib strike.
30. Fade to right cat stance. Switch both hands. Block instep strike, left arm down
31. Right step to horse stance. Thrust and recoil ki-ai!
